XLVI.
DYING.
I
heard
a
fly
buzz
when
I
died;
The
quiet
around
me
Was
like
the
calm
in
the
air
Before
a
storm.
The
eyes
beside
were
dry,
And
breaths
were
ready
For
that
last
moment,
when
the
king
Shows
his
power.
I
gave
away
my
things,
And
then
a
fly
came,
With
a
blue,
unsure
buzz,
Between
the
light
and
me;
And
then
the
windows
closed,
And
I
could
not
see.
