Poemas de Emily Dickinson, Tres Series, Completo
Colección 9, Poema 25
XXIII.
THE
LOST
THOUGHT.
I
felt
a
clearing
in
my
mind
As
if
my
brain
had
split;
I
tried
to
match
it,
seam
by
seam,
But
couldn't
make
them
fit.
The
thought
behind
I
tried
to
join
To
the
thought
before,
But
sequence
slipped
away
Like
balls
upon
a
floor.
