Poemas de Emily Dickinson, Tres Series, Completo
Colección 10, Poema 18
XVIII.
He
touched
me,
so
I
live
to
know
That
such
a
day,
allowed
so,
I
rested
upon
his
chest.
It
was
an
endless
place
to
me,
And
silent,
as
the
great
sea
Quiets
small
streams
to
rest.
And
now,
I'm
different
from
before,
As
if
I
breathed
higher
air,
Or
brushed
a
royal
gown;
My
feet,
that
had
wandered
so,
My
gypsy
face
now
transformed
To
a
gentler
fame.
