XXXIV.
STORM.
It
sounded
as
if
the
streets
were
moving,
And
then
they
stood
still.
Eclipse
was
all
we
could
see
outside,
And
awe
was
all
we
could
feel.
Soon
the
boldest
ventured
out
To
see
if
time
was
there.
Nature
wore
her
green
apron,
Mixing
fresher
air.
