Poemas de Emily Dickinson, Tres Series, Completo
Colección 9, Poema 13
XI.
If
the
foolish
call
them
'flowers,'
Need
the
wiser
tell?
If
the
scholars
'classify'
them,
It
is
just
as
well!
Those
who
read
the
Revelations
Must
not
criticize
Those
who
read
the
same
edition
With
clouded
eyes!
Could
we
stand
with
that
old
Moses
Canaan
denied,
—
Scan,
like
him,
the
grand
landscape
On
the
other
side,
—
Surely
we
would
find
unnecessary
Many
sciences
Not
pursued
by
learned
angels
In
celestial
skies!
Low
amid
that
joyful
Belles
lettres
Grant
that
we
may
stand,
Stars,
amid
deep
Galaxies,
At
that
grand
'Right
hand'!
