XIII.
DEATH.
Death
is
like
the
insect
Threatening
the
tree,
Capable
of
killing
it,
Yet
can
be
lured
away.
Entice
it
with
the
balsam,
Seek
it
with
the
knife,
Defeat
it,
even
if
it
costs
Everything
in
life.
Then,
if
it
has
burrowed
Beyond
the
reach
of
skill,
Encircle
the
tree
and
leave
it,
—
It's
the
vermin's
will.
