Las aventuras de Sherlock Holmes
The Adventure of the Beryl Coronet
Capítulo 11, Página 1
"Holmes,"
I
said.
I
stood
at
the
window.
I
looked
down
the
street.
"A
strange
man
is
coming.
It
is
sad
he
is
alone."
Holmes
got
up
from
his
chair.
He
stood
behind
me.
It
was
a
cold
February
morning.
Snow
was
on
the
ground.
It
was
bright
in
the
sun.
The
street
had
a
brown
path
from
cars.
The
sides
were
still
white
with
snow.
The
pavement
was
slippery.
Few
people
walked
there.
Only
one
man
came
from
the
station.
He
was
the
man
I
saw.
The
man
was
about
fifty.
He
was
tall
and
strong.
He
wore
a
black
coat
and
a
shiny
hat.
His
pants
were
grey.
He
ran
down
the
street.
He
moved
his
hands
up
and
down.
He
shook
his
head.
His
face
looked
very
strange.
"What
is
wrong
with
him?"
I
asked.
"He
looks
at
the
house
numbers."
"I
think
he
is
coming
here,"
Holmes
said.
He
rubbed
his
hands.
"Here?"
"Yes.
I
think
he
wants
my
help.
I
know
the
signs.
Look,
he
is
here!"
The
man
ran
to
our
door.
He
rang
the
bell
hard.
Soon
he
came
into
our
room.
He
was
still
breathing
hard.
His
eyes
looked
sad
and
scared.
We
stopped
smiling.
He
moved
his
body
and
pulled
his
hair.
He
hit
his
head
on
the
wall.
We
pulled
him
to
the
chair.
Holmes
sat
next
to
him.
He
spoke
softly
to
calm
him.
