Las aventuras de Sherlock Holmes
The Boscombe Valley Mystery
Capítulo 4, Página 2
We
had
the
train
carriage
to
ourselves
except
for
a
huge
pile
of
papers
Holmes
had
brought.
He
rummaged
through
them,
reading
and
taking
notes,
until
we
passed
Reading.
Then
he
suddenly
rolled
them
into
a
big
ball
and
tossed
them
onto
the
rack.
“Have
you
heard
anything
about
the
case?”
he
asked.
“Not
a
word.
I
haven’t
seen
a
newspaper
for
days.”
“The
London
press
hasn’t
given
full
accounts.
I’ve
just
been
reading
all
the
recent
papers
to
understand
the
details.
It
seems
to
be
one
of
those
simple
cases
that
are
extremely
difficult.”
“That
sounds
a
bit
contradictory.”
“But
it’s
very
true.
Unusual
details
are
often
clues.
The
more
ordinary
a
crime
is,
the
harder
it
is
to
solve.
In
this
case,
they’ve
built
a
strong
case
against
the
son
of
the
murdered
man.”
“So
it’s
a
murder,
then?”
“Well,
it’s
suspected
to
be.
I
won’t
assume
anything
until
I
look
into
it
personally.
I’ll
explain
the
situation
to
you,
as
far
as
I
understand
it,
in
a
few
words.”
