the

due
to
several

that
Holmes

raised
and
submitted
to
the
defense.
Old
Turner
lived
for
seven
months
after

meeting,
but
he
is
now
dead;
and
there
is
every
hope
that
the
son
and
daughter
may
live
happily
together,
unaware
of
the
dark
shadow
over
their
