detective
came

Louis.

looked
around,

hard,
and
said

found

clue.
But
a
clue
was
not
enough.
The
detective
left,
and
Tom
still
felt
unsafe.
The
days
went
by
slowly.
Each
day,
Tom
felt
a
little
less
scared.
