Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 33, Página 9
"He
said
under
the
cross.
This
is
the
closest
to
being
under
the
cross.
It
can’t
be
under
the
rock
because
it
sits
on
the
ground."
They
searched
again
and
then
sat
down,
feeling
sad.
Huck
had
no
ideas.
Then
Tom
said:
"Look,
Huck,
there
are
footprints
and
candle-grease
on
one
side
of
this
rock,
but
not
the
other.
Why
is
that?
Maybe
the
money
is
under
the
rock.
I’m
going
to
dig."
"That’s
a
good
idea,
Tom!"
said
Huck
excitedly.
Tom
took
out
his
knife
and
dug.
Soon
he
hit
wood.
"Hey,
Huck!
Did
you
hear
that?"
Huck
started
to
dig
too.
They
found
some
boards
and
removed
them.
They
covered
a
hole
under
the
rock.
Tom
went
in
and
held
his
candle,
but
couldn’t
see
the
end.
He
wanted
to
explore.
He
went
under;
the
path
went
down.
He
followed
it,
Huck
behind
him.
Tom
turned
a
corner
and
shouted:
"Wow,
Huck,
look
here!"
