Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 35, Página 5
"Yes,
it
is.
And
you
have
to
swear
on
a
coffin
and
sign
it
with
blood."
"Now,
that’s
something!
It’s
a
million
times
cooler
than
being
a
pirate.
I’ll
stick
with
the
widow
as
long
as
I
can,
Tom;
and
if
I
become
a
famous
robber
and
everyone’s
talking
about
it,
I
bet
she’ll
be
glad
she
took
me
in
from
the
cold."
CONCLUSION
So
this
tale
ends.
Since
it’s
strictly
about
a
boy,
it
must
stop
here;
the
story
couldn’t
go
much
further
without
turning
into
the
story
of
a
man.
When
one
writes
a
novel
about
adults,
it’s
clear
where
to
stop—with
a
marriage;
but
when
writing
about
kids,
one
must
end
where
it
feels
right.
Most
of
the
characters
in
this
book
are
still
alive,
doing
well
and
happy.
Someday,
it
might
be
worthwhile
to
revisit
the
story
of
the
younger
ones
and
see
what
kind
of
adults
they
became;
thus,
it’s
best
not
to
reveal
any
of
that
part
of
their
lives
just
yet.
