El Gran Gatsby
Capítulo 7, Página 69
They
didn’t
look
happy,
and
neither
had
touched
the
chicken
or
the
ale,
but
they
didn’t
look
unhappy
either.
There
was
a
clear
sense
of
natural
closeness
between
them,
and
anyone
would
have
thought
they
were
planning
something
together.
As
I
tiptoed
away
from
the
porch,
I
heard
my
taxi
slowly
moving
along
the
dark
road
toward
the
house.
Gatsby
was
waiting
where
I
had
left
him
in
the
drive.
“Is
it
all
quiet
up
there?”
he
asked
anxiously.
“Yes,
it’s
all
quiet.”
I
paused.
“You
should
come
home
and
get
some
sleep.”
He
shook
his
head.
“I
want
to
wait
here
until
Daisy
goes
to
bed.
Good
night,
old
sport.”
