shouted
Oz.
"Hurry,

the
balloon
will
leave."

cannot
find
Toto,"
said
Dorothy.
She
did
not
want
to
leave
her
dog.
Toto
ran
into
the
crowd.
Dorothy
found
him,
picked
him
up,
and
ran
to
the
balloon.
She
was
close,
and
Oz
held
out
his
hands.
But
the
ropes
broke,
and
the
balloon
went
up
without
her.
"Come
back!"
she
shouted.
"I
want
to
go,
too!"
"I
cannot
come
back,"
called
Oz.
"Good-bye!"
"Good-bye!"
shouted
everyone.
They
watched
Oz
go
up
into
the
sky.
