El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 22, Página 4
“We
will
do
it,”
said
the
King.
The
Monkeys
picked
up
the
travelers
and
Toto.
They
flew
over
the
hill.
The
Hammer-Heads
yelled,
but
they
could
not
reach
them.
The
Monkeys
set
them
down
safely.
“This
is
the
last
time
we
help,”
said
the
leader.
“Good-bye
and
good
luck.”
“Good-bye,
and
thank
you,”
said
Dorothy.
The
Monkeys
flew
away.
The
Quadlings’
land
was
nice.
There
were
fields
with
grain,
roads,
and
brooks
with
bridges.
Everything
was
red.
The
Quadlings
wore
red
clothes.
The
Monkeys
put
them
near
a
farmhouse.
The
travelers
went
to
the
door
and
knocked.
The
farmer’s
wife
opened
it.
Dorothy
asked
for
food.
The
woman
gave
them
a
good
meal
and
milk
for
Toto.
“How
far
is
Glinda’s
Castle?”
asked
Dorothy.
