El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 8, Página 8
“I
like
flowers,”
said
the
Lion.
“They
are
so
bright.
None
in
the
forest
are
like
these.”
They
saw
more
red
poppies
and
fewer
other
flowers.
They
walked
into
a
big
field
of
poppies.
The
smell
was
strong.
Dorothy
did
not
know
this.
She
felt
sleepy.
She
wanted
to
sit
and
rest.
But
the
Tin
Woodman
did
not
let
her.
"We
must
hurry
back
to
the
yellow
road
before
dark,"
he
said.
The
Scarecrow
agreed.
They
walked
until
Dorothy
was
too
tired.
Her
eyes
closed,
and
she
forgot
where
she
was.
She
fell
asleep
among
the
poppies.
"What
do
we
do?"
asked
the
Tin
Woodman.
"If
we
leave
her,
she
will
die,"
said
the
Lion.
"The
flowers
are
bad
for
us.
I
can
hardly
keep
my
eyes
open.
The
dog
is
asleep."
