El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 18, Página 2
“We
are
not
unlucky,”
said
the
Scarecrow.
“This
Palace
and
the
Emerald
City
are
ours,
and
we
can
do
what
we
want.
I
remember
when
I
was
on
a
pole
in
a
cornfield,
and
now
I
am
the
ruler
of
this
City.
I
am
happy
with
my
life.”
“I
am
happy
too,”
said
the
Tin
Woodman.
“I
have
my
heart,
and
that
is
all
I
wanted.”
“I
am
happy
knowing
I
am
brave,”
said
the
Lion.
“I
am
as
brave
as
any
animal,
maybe
even
braver.”
“If
Dorothy
would
stay
in
the
Emerald
City,”
said
the
Scarecrow,
“we
could
all
be
happy
together.”
“But
I
don’t
want
to
live
here,”
cried
Dorothy.
“I
want
to
go
to
Kansas
and
live
with
Aunt
Em
and
Uncle
Henry.”
“What
can
we
do
then?”
asked
the
Woodman.
