El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 5, Página 1
When
Dorothy
woke
up,
the
sun
was
shining
through
the
trees.
Toto
had
been
out
for
a
while,
chasing
birds
and
squirrels.
Dorothy
sat
up
and
looked
around.
The
Scarecrow
was
still
standing
in
his
corner,
waiting
for
her.
"We
must
go
and
find
water,"
she
said
to
him.
"Why
do
you
need
water?"
he
asked.
"To
wash
my
face
and
to
drink,
so
the
dry
bread
will
not
stick
in
my
throat."
"It
must
be
hard
to
be
made
of
flesh,"
said
the
Scarecrow
thoughtfully.
"You
need
to
sleep,
eat,
and
drink.
But
you
have
brains,
and
that
is
worth
a
lot."
They
left
the
cottage
and
walked
through
the
trees.
They
found
a
little
spring
of
clear
water.
Dorothy
drank,
washed,
and
ate
her
breakfast.
She
saw
there
was
not
much
bread
left,
and
she
was
glad
the
Scarecrow
did
not
need
to
eat,
as
there
was
barely
enough
for
her
and
Toto.
