El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 16, Página 2
"I've
come
for
my
brains,"
said
the
Scarecrow,
feeling
a
bit
uneasy.
"Oh,
yes;
please
sit
in
that
chair,"
replied
Oz.
"I
need
to
take
your
head
off,
but
only
to
put
your
brains
in
the
right
place."
"That's
fine,"
said
the
Scarecrow.
"You
can
take
my
head
off,
as
long
as
it's
better
when
you
put
it
back."
So
the
Wizard
took
off
his
head
and
emptied
out
the
straw.
Then
he
went
to
the
back
room
and
got
some
bran,
which
he
mixed
with
many
pins
and
needles.
After
shaking
them
together
well,
he
filled
the
top
of
the
Scarecrow’s
head
with
the
mix
and
stuffed
the
rest
with
straw
to
keep
it
in
place.
When
he
had
reattached
the
Scarecrow’s
head,
he
said,
"Now
you
will
be
a
great
man,
because
I
have
given
you
a
lot
of
brand-new
brains."
The
Scarecrow
felt
both
pleased
and
proud
that
his
greatest
wish
had
come
true,
and
after
thanking
Oz
warmly,
he
returned
to
his
friends.
