XLIII.
THE
BRAIN.
The
brain
is
wider
than
the
sky,
Place
them
side
by
side,
It
can
hold
the
sky
with
ease
And
you,
too,
inside.
The
brain
is
deeper
than
the
sea,
Hold
them,
blue
to
blue,
It
will
absorb
the
sea,
Like
sponges
do.
The
brain
weighs
as
much
as
God,
Lift
them,
pound
for
pound,
They
differ,
if
they
do,
Like
syllable
from
sound.
