Poemas de Emily Dickinson, Tres Series, Completo
Colección 4, Poema 9
IX.
A
train
passed
through
a
burial
gate,
A
bird
burst
forth
and
sang,
And
trilled,
and
quivered,
and
shook
his
throat
Until
the
churchyard
rang;
And
then
adjusted
his
little
notes,
And
bowed
and
sang
once
more.
Undoubtedly,
he
thought
it
fitting
To
bid
farewell
to
men.
