Las aventuras de Sherlock Holmes
The Red-Headed League
Capítulo 2, Página 17
"That's
enough,
Mr.
Wilson.
I
will
give
you
my
opinion
in
a
day
or
two.
Today
is
Saturday,
and
I
hope
by
Monday
we
will
have
an
answer."
"Well,
Watson,"
said
Holmes
after
our
visitor
left,
"what
do
you
think
of
it
all?"
"I
don't
understand
it,"
I
said
honestly.
"It
is
very
mysterious."
"Usually,"
said
Holmes,
"the
stranger
something
is,
the
less
mysterious
it
turns
out
to
be.
Simple
crimes
are
harder
to
solve,
just
like
a
common
face
is
hard
to
remember.
But
I
must
act
quickly
on
this."
"What
will
you
do?"
I
asked.
"Smoke,"
he
said.
"This
is
a
three-pipe
problem,
and
please
do
not
speak
to
me
for
fifty
minutes."
He
curled
up
in
his
chair,
closed
his
eyes,
and
smoked
his
pipe.
I
thought
he
was
asleep,
and
I
started
to
nod
off
too,
when
he
suddenly
jumped
up,
put
his
pipe
on
the
mantelpiece.
"Sarasate
plays
at
the
St.
James's
Hall
this
afternoon,"
he
said.
"What
do
you
think,
Watson?
Can
your
patients
miss
you
for
a
few
hours?"
"I
have
nothing
to
do
today.
My
practice
is
not
very
busy."
