Las aventuras de Sherlock Holmes
The Man with the Twisted Lip
Capítulo 6, Página 24
“Would
you?
That
is
easy.
Come
this
way.
You
can
leave
your
bag.”
“No,
I
think
I’ll
keep
it.”
"Very
good.
Please
come
this
way."
He
led
us
down
a
hallway,
opened
a
door
with
bars,
went
down
some
stairs,
and
took
us
to
a
white
hallway
with
doors
on
both
sides.
"The
third
door
on
the
right
is
his,"
said
the
inspector.
"Here
it
is!"
He
quietly
slid
back
a
small
panel
at
the
top
of
the
door
and
looked
through.
"He
is
asleep,"
he
said.
"You
can
see
him
well."
We
both
looked
through
the
bars.
The
prisoner
was
sleeping
with
his
face
towards
us,
breathing
slowly
and
heavily.
He
was
a
medium-sized
man,
wearing
rough
clothes.
His
colored
shirt
showed
through
a
tear
in
his
old
coat.
As
the
inspector
said,
he
was
very
dirty,
but
you
could
still
see
his
ugly
face.
An
old
scar
ran
from
his
eye
to
his
chin,
twisting
his
upper
lip
and
showing
three
teeth
in
a
snarl.
He
had
bright
red
hair
that
was
low
over
his
eyes
and
forehead.
"He’s
a
beauty,
isn’t
he?"
said
the
inspector.
"He
needs
a
wash,"
said
Holmes.
"I
thought
he
might,
so
I
brought
some
tools."
He
opened
his
bag
and
took
out
a
big
bath-sponge.
