Las aventuras de Sherlock Holmes
The Boscombe Valley Mystery
Capítulo 4, Página 2
We
had
the
train
carriage
to
ourselves,
except
for
the
huge
pile
of
papers
Holmes
had
brought.
He
sorted
through
them,
reading
and
taking
notes,
with
moments
of
thought,
until
we
passed
Reading.
Then
he
suddenly
rolled
them
into
a
big
ball
and
tossed
them
onto
the
luggage
rack.
“Have
you
heard
anything
about
the
case?”
he
asked.
“Not
a
word.
I
haven't
seen
a
newspaper
for
several
days.”
“The
London
press
hasn't
covered
it
in
detail.
I've
just
been
going
through
the
recent
papers
to
understand
the
details.
It
seems
to
be
one
of
those
simple
cases
that
are
extremely
difficult.”
“That
sounds
a
bit
contradictory.”
“But
it's
deeply
true.
Uniqueness
is
almost
always
a
clue.
The
more
ordinary
a
crime
is,
the
harder
it
is
to
solve.
In
this
case,
though,
they've
built
a
very
strong
case
against
the
murdered
man's
son.”
“So
it
is
a
murder,
then?”
“Well,
it's
suspected
to
be.
I
won't
assume
anything
until
I
can
look
into
it
myself.
I'll
explain
the
situation
to
you,
as
far
as
I've
understood
it,
in
a
few
words.”
