Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 21, Página 4
The
teacher
was
happy.
He
put
his
chair
away.
He
turned
to
draw
a
map
of
America
on
the
board.
His
hand
shook,
and
people
laughed
quietly.
He
tried
again
but
made
it
worse.
The
laughter
grew.
A
cat
came
down
from
above.
It
had
a
rag
on
its
head.
The
cat
grabbed
the
teacher's
wig
and
went
back
up
quickly!
The
teacher's
bald
head
was
shiny
because
someone
had
painted
it.
That
ended
the
meeting.
The
boys
were
happy.
Vacation
started.

NOTE:—The
"compositions"
in
this
chapter
are
from
a
book
called
"Prose
and
Poetry,
by
a
Western
Lady."
They
are
like
schoolgirl
writings
and
better
than
copies.
