Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 9, Página 6
They
stopped
talking.
The
men
were
near
the
boys.
“Here
it
is,”
said
a
voice.
The
man
held
the
lantern.
It
was
Doctor
Robinson.
Potter
and
Injun
Joe
had
a
handbarrow,
a
rope,
and
shovels.
They
put
them
down
and
opened
the
grave.
The
doctor
sat
by
a
tree.
He
was
very
close
to
the
boys.
“Hurry,
men!”
he
said.
“The
moon
might
come
out.”
They
grumbled
and
dug.
The
shovels
made
noise.
They
hit
the
coffin.
They
took
it
out.
They
opened
it
and
took
out
the
body.
The
moon
came
out.
They
put
the
body
on
the
barrow.
They
covered
it
with
a
blanket
and
tied
it.
Potter
cut
the
rope
with
a
knife
and
said:
“Now
it’s
ready,
Doctor.
Give
us
more
money,
or
it
stays
here.”
“Yes!”
said
Injun
Joe.
“What
does
this
mean?”
said
the
doctor.
“I
paid
you.”
