Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 12, Página 2
“You
better
be
sure.”
Peter
was
sure.
“Now
you
asked
for
it,
so
I’ll
give
it
to
you.
But
if
you
don’t
like
it,
don’t
blame
anyone
but
yourself.”
Peter
agreed.
Tom
opened
his
mouth
and
poured
the
Pain-killer
in.
Peter
jumped
high
in
the
air,
then
ran
around
the
room,
hitting
furniture
and
knocking
over
plants.
He
stood
on
his
back
legs,
danced
around,
and
made
loud
noises.
Then
he
ran
through
the
house,
causing
chaos.
Aunt
Polly
came
in
just
as
Peter
did
some
flips,
gave
a
big
yell,
and
jumped
out
the
window,
taking
more
flower-pots
with
him.
Aunt
Polly
stood
shocked,
looking
over
her
glasses.
Tom
lay
on
the
floor
laughing
hard.
“Tom,
what
is
wrong
with
that
cat?”
“I
don’t
know,
aunt,”
Tom
said,
catching
his
breath.
“I
never
saw
anything
like
it.
What
made
him
act
that
way?”
“I
don’t
know,
Aunt
Polly;
cats
act
like
that
when
they
have
fun.”
