El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 7, Página 1
They
had
to
sleep
under
a
big
tree.
There
were
no
houses
nearby.
The
tree
covered
them
from
the
dew.
The
Tin
Woodman
cut
wood.
Dorothy
made
a
big
fire.
It
was
warm
and
nice.
She
and
Toto
ate
all
their
bread.
Now
she
did
not
know
what
they
would
eat
for
breakfast.
“If
you
want,”
said
the
Lion,
“I
can
go
and
find
a
deer.
You
can
cook
it
on
the
fire.
Then
you
will
have
a
good
breakfast.”
“No!
Please
don’t,”
said
the
Tin
Woodman.
“I
will
cry
if
you
kill
a
deer,
and
my
jaws
will
rust.”
The
Lion
went
into
the
forest.
He
found
his
own
food,
but
did
not
say
what
it
was.
The
Scarecrow
found
a
tree
with
nuts.
He
filled
Dorothy’s
basket.
She
was
happy
and
thanked
him.
He
dropped
many
nuts,
but
he
did
not
care.
He
stayed
away
from
the
fire
to
be
safe.
At
night,
he
covered
Dorothy
with
leaves.
She
was
warm
and
slept
well.
In
the
morning,
Dorothy
washed
her
face
in
a
brook.
Then
they
all
started
to
walk
to
the
Emerald
City.
This
day
was
important
for
them.
They
walked
for
an
hour.
Then
they
saw
a
big
ditch.
It
was
very
wide
and
deep.
There
were
rocks
at
the
bottom.
They
could
not
climb
down.
It
looked
like
they
could
not
go
on.
