El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 21, Página 1
After
climbing
down
from
the
wall,
the
travelers
found
a
difficult
place.
There
were
many
bogs
and
marshes,
and
tall
grass
covered
the
ground.
It
was
hard
to
walk
because
they
could
not
see
the
muddy
holes.
But
they
moved
carefully
and
reached
solid
ground.
Here,
the
land
looked
even
wilder.
After
a
long
walk
through
bushes,
they
entered
another
forest.
The
trees
were
bigger
and
older
than
any
they
had
seen.
“This
forest
is
wonderful,”
said
the
Lion
happily.
“I
have
never
seen
a
more
beautiful
place.”
“It
looks
gloomy,”
said
the
Scarecrow.
“Not
at
all,”
replied
the
Lion.
“I
would
like
to
live
here
forever.
The
dried
leaves
are
soft
under
your
feet,
and
the
moss
is
green
and
rich
on
the
trees.
No
wild
animal
could
want
a
better
home.”
“Maybe
there
are
wild
animals
here
now,”
said
Dorothy.
“I
think
there
are,”
said
the
Lion,
“but
I
do
not
see
any
around.”
