El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 6, Página 1
Dorothy
and
her
friends
walked
through
thick
woods.
The
yellow
brick
road
was
there,
but
covered
with
branches
and
leaves,
so
walking
was
hard.
There
were
not
many
birds
because
they
like
sunshine.
Sometimes,
a
wild
animal
growled
from
the
trees.
Dorothy
was
scared
because
she
did
not
know
what
it
was,
but
Toto
stayed
close
and
did
not
bark.
“How
long
until
we
leave
the
forest?”
Dorothy
asked
the
Tin
Woodman.
“I
don’t
know,”
he
said,
“because
I
have
never
been
to
the
Emerald
City.
My
father
went
once
and
said
it
was
a
long
and
dangerous
trip.
Near
the
city,
the
land
is
nice.
I’m
not
afraid
as
long
as
I
have
my
oil-can.
Nothing
can
hurt
the
Scarecrow,
and
you
have
the
Good
Witch’s
kiss
to
protect
you.”
“But
what
about
Toto?”
Dorothy
asked
worriedly.
“What
will
protect
him?”
“We
must
protect
him
if
there
is
danger,”
said
the
Tin
Woodman.
