El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 8, Página 4
“The
best
plan
is
to
walk
along
the
riverbank
until
we
find
the
road
again,”
said
the
Lion.
So,
when
they
were
rested,
Dorothy
picked
up
her
basket,
and
they
started
along
the
grassy
bank
to
the
road
the
river
had
taken
them
from.
It
was
a
lovely
country
with
many
flowers,
fruit
trees,
and
sunshine
to
cheer
them.
If
they
were
not
so
sorry
for
the
poor
Scarecrow,
they
could
have
been
very
happy.
They
walked
as
fast
as
they
could.
Dorothy
stopped
once
to
pick
a
beautiful
flower.
After
some
time,
the
Tin
Woodman
cried
out:
“Look!”
They
all
looked
at
the
river
and
saw
the
Scarecrow
on
his
pole
in
the
middle
of
the
water,
looking
very
lonely
and
sad.
“What
can
we
do
to
save
him?”
asked
Dorothy.
The
Lion
and
the
Woodman
both
shook
their
heads
because
they
did
not
know.
So
they
sat
down
on
the
bank
and
looked
sadly
at
the
Scarecrow
until
a
Stork
flew
by.
Seeing
them,
the
Stork
stopped
to
rest
at
the
water’s
edge.
