El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 9, Página 7
Dorothy
came
to
meet
them
and
thanked
the
mice
warmly
for
saving
her
friend
from
death.
She
was
very
fond
of
the
big
Lion
and
was
glad
he
was
safe.
Then
the
mice
were
untied
from
the
cart
and
ran
away
through
the
grass
to
their
homes.
The
Queen
of
the
Mice
was
the
last
to
leave.
"If
you
ever
need
us
again,"
she
said,
"come
to
the
field
and
call.
We
will
hear
you
and
come
to
help.
Goodbye!"
"Goodbye!"
they
all
answered,
and
the
Queen
ran
away
while
Dorothy
held
Toto
tightly
so
he
wouldn't
chase
her.
After
this,
they
sat
down
beside
the
Lion
until
he
woke
up.
The
Scarecrow
brought
Dorothy
some
fruit
from
a
nearby
tree,
which
she
ate
for
her
dinner.
