El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 5, Página 3
"Did
you
groan?"
asked
Dorothy.
"Yes,"
answered
the
tin
man,
"I
did.
I've
been
groaning
for
over
a
year,
and
no
one
has
heard
me
or
come
to
help."
"What
can
I
do
for
you?"
she
asked
softly,
moved
by
his
sad
voice.
"Get
an
oil-can
and
oil
my
joints,"
he
replied.
"They
are
so
rusted
that
I
can't
move
at
all.
If
I'm
oiled,
I'll
be
fine
again.
You'll
find
an
oil-can
on
a
shelf
in
my
cottage."
Dorothy
quickly
ran
back
to
the
cottage,
found
the
oil-can,
and
returned.
She
asked
anxiously,
"Where
are
your
joints?"
"Oil
my
neck
first,"
said
the
Tin
Woodman.
She
oiled
it,
and
since
it
was
badly
rusted,
the
Scarecrow
gently
moved
the
tin
head
from
side
to
side
until
it
worked
freely.
Then
the
man
could
turn
it
himself.
