Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer
Capítulo 25, Página 1
Every
boy
has
a
time
in
his
life
when
he
feels
a
strong
urge
to
go
on
an
adventure
and
dig
for
hidden
treasure.
This
feeling
came
over
Tom
one
day.
He
set
out
to
find
Joe
Harper,
but
couldn't
find
him.
Then
he
looked
for
Ben
Rogers,
who
was
out
fishing.
Eventually,
he
ran
into
Huck
Finn.
Huck
was
always
up
for
anything
fun
that
didn't
need
money,
as
he
had
plenty
of
free
time.
"Where
should
we
dig?"
Huck
asked.
"Oh,
just
about
anywhere."
"Really,
is
it
hidden
everywhere?"
"No,
not
everywhere.
It's
hidden
in
special
places,
Huck—like
on
islands,
in
old
chests
under
dead
trees
where
the
shadow
falls
at
midnight,
but
mostly
under
the
floor
in
haunted
houses."
"Who
hides
it?"
"Robbers,
of
course—who
else?
Sunday
school
teachers?"
"I
don't
know.
If
it
were
mine,
I
wouldn't
hide
it;
I'd
spend
it
and
have
fun."
"So
would
I.
But
robbers
don't
do
that.
They
always
hide
it
and
leave
it."
