El Maravilloso Mago de Oz
Capítulo 17, Página 3
"We!"
exclaimed
Dorothy.
"Are
you
coming
with
me?"
"Yes,
of
course,"
Oz
replied.
"I'm
tired
of
pretending
to
be
a
wizard.
If
I
leave
this
Palace,
people
will
soon
find
out
I'm
not
a
Wizard,
and
they
might
be
upset
with
me
for
deceiving
them.
So,
I
have
to
stay
in
these
rooms
all
day,
and
it's
boring.
I'd
rather
go
back
to
Kansas
with
you
and
join
a
circus
again."
"I'll
be
glad
to
have
your
company,"
said
Dorothy.
"Thank
you,"
he
said.
"Now,
if
you
help
me
sew
the
silk
together,
we
can
start
working
on
our
balloon."
Dorothy
took
a
needle
and
thread,
and
as
Oz
cut
the
silk
into
the
right
shapes,
she
sewed
them
neatly.
They
used
light
green,
dark
green,
and
emerald
green
silk,
because
Oz
wanted
the
balloon
to
have
different
shades
of
green.
It
took
three
days
to
sew
all
the
strips
together,
but
when
it
was
done,
they
had
a
big
green
silk
bag
over
twenty
feet
long.
Then
Oz
painted
the
inside
with
thin
glue
to
make
it
airtight.
After
that,
he
announced
that
the
balloon
was
ready.
